Our Requirements:

We have an active requirement for local centres suitable for convenience food and ancillary retail to include nursery and other local neighbourhood retail use.

We are also adding to the current pipeline of schemes for national retailers and continue to seek former pubs/clubs and garage sites capable of retail or mixed-use development and drive thru opportunities. 


Ancillary to our retail led schemes, we will also consider pure residential development opportunities be they office conversions, brown field sites and new developments capable of up to 100 residential units. Preferred locations for these will be within the M25, home counties and major towns and cities in the UK.

We are able to make very quick decisions and progress to a successful acquisition using our in-house legal team or one of our panel firm of external solicitors.

We are happy to work with non-retained agents and new introductions will be recognised.
