This site was formerly a vacant office building in the established residential area of Falcon Lodge in the town.
It was redeveloped to provide Asda’s very first new format ‘Asda Express’ store in the UK. The store was successfully launched in November 2022 and provides a much-needed food offer for the local community and creating 17 new jobs.
